TERMS

Customers within Continental US: Terms are Net 30 days after credit approval, Prepaid, or Credit Card. An unpaid invoice is considered late if not received within 30 days from invoice date. A service charge of 11/2% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Prepayment by Bank Check, Bank Wire, Credit Card.

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is no minimum order.

PACKING

Prices are shown based on standard domestic packaging. Additional charges apply to special and/or export packaging.

SHIPPING

We reserve the right to use our own discretion in making shipments, unless specific shipping instructions are given on an order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For customers in the 48 contiguous states, free shipping may be offered (customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please call for charges). Please contact our Customer Service Department regarding the costs of shipping at 888-822-8293.

DROP SHIPMENTS

We will ship directly to your customer without additional charge.

CLAIMS

If you have received a damaged package, refuse shipment and immediately notify our Customer Service Department at 888-822-8293 and the freight delivery company. Please note there is a 5-day limit to report any damaged merchandise from the time the shipment is received. After this time period, any damages become the responsibility of the customer. Barrington Diagnostics cannot be responsible for any loss damage, detention or delay caused by the elements, fire, strike insurrection, riot, shortage of goods or transportation, civil or military authority, or by any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond reasonable control.

RETURN POLICY

Barrington Ventures/Barrington Diagnostics is committed to ensuring that every order you receive arrives to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order please call 888-822-8293 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with your questions and concerns.

A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Once an RA number has been issued, carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and ship to: Return Department, 28W206 Commercial Avenue, Lake Barrington, IL 60010.

Freight collect returns will not be accepted. All return shipments must be freight shipped prepaid and clearly marked with the Return Authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department. Please retain all tracking information and a copy of your packing slip for your records. All authorized returns not received by Barrington Diagnostic within 90 days after being issued will be void.

All authorized returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. Returned goods must be in an unused, resalable condition, and may not be older than (6) months. Damaged merchandise or items requiring re-packaging will be billed at full repair cost. In addition, Barrington Diagnostics reserves the right to refuse such shipments. Parts are not returnable for credit.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All Barrington Diagnostics products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced when returned prepaid to: Barrington Diagnostics, 28W206 Commercial Ave., Lake Barrington, IL 60010. We reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether the specific warranty is applicable to the returned item. Barrington Diagnostics retains the right to use its discretion as to whether the product under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

If you have received a defective item from Barrington Ventures/Barrington Diagnostics, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-822-8293 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with the return process.

BLOOD PRESSURE INSTRUMENTS

Duration of warranty extended to aneroid manometers is commensurate to the warranty statement included with the product. This warranty pertains to original instrument accuracy on the manometer only and does not include the cost of any broken parts replaced nor any part of the inflation system (inflation bulb, valve, bladder, cuff) or carrying case, unless specifically included in the warranty.

The warranty is extended to the original owner only. The liability of Barrington Diagnostics, under this warranty will be limited to adjusting the manometer without charge when returned, freight prepaid to: Repair Department, Barrington Diagnostics, 28W206 Commercial Ave., Lake Barrington, IL 60010. Such instruments will be subject to a minimum charge of $12.95 for handling and return postage, in addition to parts charges, if any, and repair charges not covered by the warranty of the individual product.

ELECTRONIC-TYPE (DIGITAL) INSTRUMENTS

The warranty criteria described above under Blood Pressure Instruments applies to all electronic-type instruments, as well, with no exceptions.

RESPIRATORY PRODUCTS

Barrington Diagnostics will either repair or at its option replace free of charge any parts necessary to correct defects in material or workmanship covered by the limited warranty of the product.

DIAGNOSTIC INSTRUMENTS

Diagnostic Instruments, including otoscopes and ophthalmoscopes are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and operation for the manufacturer’s warranty period.

BATTERY POWERED PRODUCTS

Where batteries are supplied with the original equipment, Barrington Diagnostics does not provide any warranty as to the life that those batteries will provide. See the individual instruction manual for proper information as to the replacement of batteries.
